(JL Staff and combined sources) Ezras Nashim, the first all-female volunteer EMT team, was granted a license this week by a state administrative judge to operate an ambulance in Brooklyn’s Boro Park and Kensington sections. This ruling reverses a decision handed down in November 2019 by the Regional Emergency Medical Services Council of New York City.

Another hearing is planned this week to fight this new decision.
