FDU-Yeshiva Program: Pesach Z’man Dates and Post-Pesach Dates

The Fairleigh Dickinson University Yeshiva Program announces its classes and schedule for the extremely popular Pesach Z’Man Session in 2016. Classes meet for 11 sessions Monday–Thursday April 11–14 and 18–21, and Monday–Wednesday May 2–4. (Classes meet April 11, 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, 20, 21, May 2, 3, 4.)

The following classes are offered at Cong. Bnai Yeshurun, 641 West Englewood Ave., Teaneck:

MGMT 4415 E1 Intro to Small Business Management (3cr) 9:00 a.m.–12:15 p.m.

INTER 1009 E2 Perspectives on the Individual (3cr) 9:00 a.m.–12:15 p.m.

ACCT 1131 E3 Accounting 1 (3cr) 1:00–4:15 p.m.

COMM 3310 E4 Professional Presentation (3cr) 1:00–4:15 p.m.

The FDU-Yeshiva Program is the only program to offer classes that fit the schedule of the yeshiva bochurim when they are off from yeshiva. Students may come and take the classes to get a head start on college or may enroll in the FDU Degree Completion Program and transfer 72 yeshiva credits, transfer 18 CLEP or other exam credits and only have to complete 30 credits (10 courses) in the FDU-Yeshiva Program. Courses are men only and are offered off site at a shul or online. Tuition is heavily subsided at 50 percent with financial aid available to those who qualify. Job-placement and graduate-school assistance is now being made available.

It is still not too late to enroll since classes start after Rosh Chodesh Nisan, with no classes on Yom Tov and Chol Hamoed of Pesach.
