During this time, she has taught at Yavneh Academy, The Frisch School, Bruriah High School and, most recently, The Moriah School, where she has been teaching second grade for the last 15 years. Felicia has formed long-lasting relationships with her students and their parents, as well as colleagues at each school, making many connections all throughout New Jersey.
Felicia is confident she has the network and knowledge of the area needed to excel in real estate and is excited to begin this new chapter. The warm and professional atmosphere of teaching helps Felicia better relate to her clients and accommodate their needs as home buyers and sellers. In addition, she has worked for decades on honing her skills as an educator, making her an expert listener and communicator, and giving her the ability to be sensitive to other people’s needs and concerns, making them a priority for Felicia.
