The fifth graders at Yeshivat Noam have been learning about colonial history of the United States. Students studied and researched how the Pilgrims and the Puritans lived during those times. The fifth grade students presented their research at the Pilgrims and Puritans Fair. Students created activities that represented different aspects of life during colonial times. The students that visited the fair were able to “sign” declarations, “hunt” for animals, “milk” cows, bob for apples, harvest corn, get shoes fixed by a shoemaker, learn how to juggle and much, much more. A great time was had by all! Great job 5th grade!
