Fly Free Running has just completed its first season with a fun and challenging 5k race! Baruch Hashem, the boys had a great time and trained hard throughout the season. We are very proud of our runners!
Over the course of the nine-week season, the boys learned a lot about running and training. The boys often ran together in pairs or small groups which further enhanced the camaraderie and feelings of responsibility for each other. We often discussed the wonders of Hashem’s world, including our bodies and the beautiful nature that surrounds us all. The 5k race really capped the season with feelings of accomplishment and pride!
I want to thank our runners so much for this amazing opportunity to learn and grow. I wish all our runners much success and fulfillment in all they set out to accomplish and look forward to running together soon!
