Chef Deborah learned how to cook authentic Haitian cuisine from her mother at a young age. She took that knowledge and went off to culinary school where she learned classical French techniques. She continued her culinary journey by being part of the opening teams at notable NYC French restaurants such as Le Coucou, La Mercerie and Dominique Ansel Bakery. Deborah is now a full-time freelance private chef and brings Haitian cuisine to a new level with her knowledge of classical French techniques.
