Congregation Bet Yosef of Fort Lee will host Rav David Raphael Banon, a senior dayan of the Montreal Beth Din, on Monday, July 24 at noon. The rav will deliver a virtual shiur regarding Bein Hametzarim. Rabbi Banon was formerly a dayan in Casablanca together with Rav Shalom Messas, the late Chief Rabbi of Morocco and Yerushlayim.
