Free Program on Preventing Chronic Illness

Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey (JFSCNJ) will be presenting “Preventing Chronic Illness,” on Tuesday, February 8 @ 11 a.m – noon, via Zoom. This free program will be led by Michael McIntyre, nurse practitioner, Trinitas Medical Group, FNP-BC, MSN, MBA, FACHE, who will lead a discussion on multiple chronic health issues such as diabetes and heart disease. Michael began his career in healthcare as a registered nurse at Bellevue Hospital in New York and then served as a hospital executive administrator at several hospitals in New York and New Jersey.

The program is funded by the Lavy House Senior Resource Center and the Standish Foundation. All those who register and attend will be entered for a chance to win a $25 Amazon gift card.
