Linking Northern and Central NJ, Bronx, Manhattan, Westchester and CT

At a time when supplies at food pantries are running low, four students from the The Frisch School in Paramus, New Jersey, decided to take action. Juniors Leora Steinhart and Tsipora Stone joined freshmen Annie Feiler and Ayala Stone in organizing a food collection drive benefiting Helping Hands Food Pantry. The food pantry, located in Teaneck, N.J., was founded by Teaneck Town Council Member and local business owner Elie Y. Katz and provides food items to residents in need. The Frisch School drive resulted in a collection of over 50 bags of food.
