The Frisch Boys Varsity Soccer Team played at Kushner on Tuesday night.

Kushner opened up a 2-0 lead early, but before long the score was 3-2 Kushner. The game continued without a goal for the next 34 minutes, but then Frisch scored twice in a few minutes to pull into the lead 4-3. But with 40 seconds remaining in the game, Kushner scored to push the game into overtime.

The overtime period was very exciting, with the game finally ending on the “golden goal” by Frisch’s Andrew Levine (with 35 seconds remaining). Final score: Frisch Cougars, 5-4.
