The matzah factory came to Gan Yavneh this week. The yeladim were able to experience all the steps in making matzah- from separating and grinding the wheat to rolling out the dough and poking holes so it stays flat. The yeladim got to bring home their matzah that they made by themselves. They really enjoyed the hands-on experience of making matzah!
