I thoroughly enjoy Nina Glick’s column every week and usually concur with her thoughts. However, I have a bone to pick with a remark in her column of September14 (“Planning for the Future”). She wrote, regarding jarred gefilte fish, “Who still eats that?” I have been eating Mother’s gefilte fish “Old Vienna” style from a jar for more years than I can remember and still do. Try it sometime.
