Glatt Express Eatery Pops Up for Pesach

Express Eats, a casual pop-up restaurant run by Glatt Express, will open for Chol Hamoed Pesach at Avenue Event Space, 1382 Queen Anne Road. Dani Secemski, head of operations for Glatt Express, said he wanted to give families enjoying Chol Hamoed activities a place to go for a quality meal.

Glatt Express, owned and operated by Teaneck’s Secemski family, has been catering Pesach events, including full seders for families, for several years. Managing Chef Geisi, who oversees all catering, will be supervising the food at Express Eats. “We will be serving some of the same dishes our catering customers request each year,” said Secemski.

The restaurant will serve American and Asian-style selections. The American menu includes hamburgers and hot dogs grilled on site, with special Pesach buns, chicken nuggets, french fries, chicken Caesar salad and coleslaw. Asian choices will be General Tso’s chicken, sweet chili chicken, beef and broccoli, veggie lo mein and Asian-style potatoes, all from the Glatt Express kitchen.

Express Eats will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday, April 22, through Wednesday, April 24, with a credit card-only (no cash) policy. Complete Pesach catering and take-out menus are available in Glatt Express or online at www.glatt-express.com.
