She continued her culinary journey by being part of the opening teams at notable NYC French restaurants such as Le Coucou, La Mercerie and Dominique Ansel Bakery. Deborah is now a full-time freelance private chef and brings Haitian cuisine to a new level with her knowledge of classical French techniques.
