The Jewish Link of New Jersey and Gotham Burger would like to recognize 15-year-old Miriam Giller as this week’s Sportstar of the Week. Last month, Giller and the Frisch junior varsity volleyball team won the MYHSAL championship. Coach Sam Tilp told the JLNJ, “I have had the pleasure of being Miriam’s volleyball coach for the past two years. She is an all-around great player who does everything well. Miriam is the kind of player any coach would want on their team because she always gets the job done, regardless of the play in which she’s involved. She’s been a valuable asset to me these past two years.”
Miriam congrats on the big win.
