Local 7-year-old boy, Joshie Rabitz, literally locked horns with 1042 others at the Great Shofar Blowout presented by the Partnership for Jewish Learning and Life. Joshie and his 1042 new friends had a lot to “show-for” their efforts at the Alex Aidekman Family Jewish Community Campus in Whippany, New Jersey, in setting the world record for such an ensemble. More important, the unity involved was clearly one big “blast.”
