On Wednesday, May 24, at the Forsgate Country Club, Hadassah of Southern NJ will host a symposium on “Taking Action: Combating the Rise in Anti-Semitism” and “Defining Zionism in the 21st Century.”
Join them for stimulating workshops, a provocative panel discussion and more, featuring keynote speaker Linda Scherzer, community relations committee director of Greater MetroWest NJ and former CNN correspondent. Workshop presenters will include Dr. Mehnaz Afridi, assistant professor and director of the Holocaust, Genocide, and Interfaith Education Center at Manhattan College; Ms. Galit Peleg, consul for public diplomacy, Israel consulate in NY; and Dr. Charles Asher Small, executive director of the Institute for the Study of Global Anti-Semitism and Policy (ISGAP).
