Seventeen years ago, January 22, 1996, Chopstix opened its doors on West Englewood Avenue in Teaneck. At the time, there was only one kosher bakery in West Englewood and one Kosher Chinese restaurant in Teaneck on Cedar Lane.
Chopstix’s owners set out to be a community restaurant. They wanted to cater to the kosher and non-kosher eating consumers by preparing food that is always fresh and delicious and at a price that is affordable. Over the years, Chopstix has adopted highways and parks, donated thousands of dollars of food to community organizations, sponsored sports teams, shipped frozen meals all over the world, catered hundreds of parties from sheva brachot, brisses, to barbecues, weddings, bar mitzvahs, anniversaries, wakes, super bowl parties, and corporate events. Chopstix honors special requests to accommodate all diets—from Atkins, to South Beach, Bead Diet, Gluten Free, Diabetics, Weight Watchers, low sugar, no sugar, no oil, low oil, steamed, and every other combination one can imagine.
Chopstix delivers and can cater for 10 people or 1,000 people. Going on vacation? Ask for Chopstix to fresh deep freeze your meals. Are you a friend? Like Chopstixusa on Facebook.
