Yeshivat Noam celebrated Dr. Seuss’s birthday with a week of new and creative programs.

There were birthday parties in each classroom where students decorated and wore birthday hats, ate “Hop on Pop”corn and made “Cat in the Hat” hats with bananas, strawberries and watermelon on sticks. Additionally, there was a Reading Buddies program throughout elementary school partnering older students to read to younger students. The students enjoyed read-a-louds by Rabbi Mordechai Schwersenski principal of elementary school and Rabbi Chaim Hagler, head of school as well as an interactive Kahoot! about the author. The Cat in the Hat roamed the halls all day!
