In preparation for Yom HaShoah, Yeshivat He’Atid middle schoolers had the opportunity to visit “From Memory to History: Faces and Voices of the Holocaust” at the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ. Students received guided tours of the exhibit and then had the privilege to hear from Mark Schonwetter, a survivor from Poland. Schonwetter recalled his amazing story of survival, leaving the students spellbound.
