On Tuesday, May 20, hundreds of women filled Temple Emeth’s auditorium to enjoy Ma’ayanot’s Heartbeats production. Heartbeats is an annual student created, produced and directed “Night of Song, Dance and Connection,” the proceeds of which are donated to a charity chosen by the students; this year’s production raised almost $10,000 for The Lone Soldier Center (in memory of Michael Levine) in Israel.
