Students in grades kindergarten through fourth at Yeshivat He’Atid participated in a Project Based Learning Pop-Up Sukkah Studio led by Playcurator Linda White, MSW, Ed.M. Using recycled materials and their imagination, students were invited to create mini tabletop sukkot: to collaborate with one another, think, create and build, using their knowledge of Hilchot Sukkah which they had learned in their Judaic studies classes. Students viewed each other’s creations, asked questions and gave feedback to their classmates, inquiring about the buildings and the choice of the materials.
