Under the guidance of Rabbi Avi Rosalimsky, Heichal’s newest addition to the student life department, Heichal talmidim organized and packed essential items for the IDF chayalim this week. With money donated by family and staff, the talmidim purchased hundreds of new items, and then sorted and packed them into duffles. The following morning, the talmidim loaded a U-Haul truck and headed to the central collection site in Teaneck, where these items were packed into various duffels for shipment to Israel. The talmidim felt gratified to be able to participate in this small way, contributing to assisting the chayalim. Additionally, every Heichal talmid received the name of a specific chayal to learn for daily. Heichal students continue to daven for their safety and the protection of the entire country.
