Heichal HaTorah Participates In Mishnah Yomi

Heichal talmidim are once again excited to participate in the next seder of Mishnayos being learned by Mishnah Yomi, a global initiative aimed at covering two Mishnayos daily with the goal of completing all six sedarim of Mishnah in six years. The chabura learns each morning after davening, where a different talmid teaches the two Mishnayos for the day. So far, the chabura has successfully completed Seder Zeraim and Seder Moed, and have just begun Seder Nashim. In celebration of their completion of Seder Moed, 12th-grade talmid Binyomin Ferber made a siyum on behalf of the entire chabura, followed by a shiur from their beloved rebbe, Rav David Komet. To encourage and motivate the talmidim to increase their learning commitment, there are various incentives based on the number of hours spent learning, including dinners at local eateries, such as Dougies, Chickies, and Estihana.

Mishnah Yomi serves as a valuable and attainable goal for individuals of all ages and people of all ages outside Heichal are encouraged to join in. The yeshiva is honored to have so many talmidim eager to be part of this program. The power of learning should be a zechus for the safety of all of Klal Yisroel.
