(Courtesy of Yad Leah) As Pesach is approaching, generous Teaneck donors are busy cleaning their homes and sorting through their closets. As the donations come in, the front of the Yad Leah garage quickly fills up, leaving no room to fit any more donations. With the bags almost falling out of the garage drop-off, the homeowners and managers of the site needed to find a quick solution until the garage could be fully cleared.

With one call to Heichal Hatorah’s Chesed Club, run by Shimmie Katz, the problem was solved. With a little bit of sweat and muscle, the boys happily moved all the bags, knowing that their efforts would enable more giving and chesed in klal Yisrael. They then headed back to the beit midrash to continue their learning.
