Heichal talmidim and staff members gathered at the rally this past week in support of ZAKA and their heroic efforts to sanctify and respect the human body in preparation for burial. The group was organized to support ZAKA in the face of a planned pro-Palestinian protest intended to disrupt the ZAKA gathering. The talmidim and staff joined nearly a 1,000 Teaneck community members who rallied in support of ZAKA, in addition to beseeching the return of the hostages chanting “bring them home now.” Heichal could not be prouder of their talmidim who attended the rally, stood proud in support of this incredible organization, and even broke out in dancing to provide energy and chizuk to all those present.
