Heichal talmidim were privileged this past week to attend a seminar from Bennett Schwartz, a performance and executive coach affiliated with the NexGen coaching program, on how to strive and achieve excellence. During the session, Mr. Schwartz delved into crucial aspects such as confidence, decision-making, goal-setting and achieving a positive mindset. Emphasizing that the ultimate outcome is not the primary focus, he highlighted the importance of one’s input and stressed how often success is attributed to mindset rather than mere skills. Mr. Schwartz encouraged the boys to focus on elevating their decision-making abilities and boosting their confidence, which will have a direct result in unlocking opportunities throughout their lives. It was an impactful talk followed by thought-provoking reflections.
