The Highland Park/Edison/East Brunswick Jewish communities are grateful to Linda Moed Cohen, Susan Haller, Sandy Lang, Faye Moscovic and Riki Nat, who organized a fun and meaningful New Year’s Eve event at the Bridge Turkish and Mediterranean Grill in Highland Park, with Israeli wines by Pino’s and Israeli music by Noah Watman. The admission cost benefitted three Israeli charities — REUT, Israel Trauma Coalition and Colel Chabad.

The occasion drew 75 people and raised $6,000 for the charities. One of the high points of the evening was a communal singing of Hatikva toward the end of the event.
