The children have been learning all about matzah. They remembered that challah is puffy and soft because of the the yeast. They did an experiment. In one water bottle they put yeast and in the other one they put only water. Then they stretched balloons over the tops of the bottles and saw that the yeast made the balloon blow up. The other balloon stayed flat just like matzah. After that, they made real matzah of their own.
