Isn’t There a Statute of Limitations Here?

Kudos to the Jewish Link in publishing Mr. Mitchell First’s article, “The Balfour Declaration and Its Implications Today” in the September 8, 2016 issue, including a full explanation of its history and terms and how it evolved.

How very odd, ironic, daring, distasteful and audacious is the Palestinians’ call to sue the United Kingdom for issuing the 1917 Balfour Declaration 100 years later. It should be obvious to the world that they will stop at nothing to insist that the Jews have no rights to the land of Israel. Their justification and commitment time and time again is to rain terror on our land ’til they wipe us out completely. Ever wonder when some group of people will protest the United States Declaration of Independence in 1776 to revert all that was achieved over 240 years later?  Nachum Segal had the best line when discussing with Malcolm Hoenlein this very absurdity and mockingly stated, “Isn’t there a Statute of Limitations here?” I couldn’t stop laughing but, in reality, the Palestinians continue to prove over and over that they have no statutes, they have no morals, they have no treaties, they have no regulations to adhere to. When it is their turn, they truly believe they have free reign to impose ludicrous dictums for all to recognize the absurdities void of any boundaries to uphold whatsoever. Now isn’t that a fact?
