On Thursday, December 12, Naava and Jeffrey Parker hosted an Israel Bonds event in their home honoring members of the Englewood community. Esther Lerer, Englewood community chair, served as master of ceremonies with help from reception co-chairs Mark Finkel and Dr. Ron Strobel. A very special guest speaker, Nadav Yesod, entertained the crowd of over 100 guests with stories from his appointment at the United Nations as a human rights and social affairs advisor. The Israel Unity award was presented to Linda and Dr. Arthur Kook, Julie & Rick Lobel and Toby and Michael Parker. The event raised $6 million in purchases and intentions of interest.
