Honest Reporting monitors the media to defend Israel from bias by exposing inaccuracy, misinformation and other breaches of journalistic standards in the coverage of the Arab-Israeli issues. Simon Plosker, managing editor of Honest Reporting, will discuss how the media gets it wrong, why it happens, when anti-Semitism is involved and how you can take action that gets results.
This event, presented by the Israel Support Committee of Central New Jersey, will be held Wednesday November 20, at 7:30 p.m., at Temple Beth-El Mekor Chayim, 338 Walnut Avenue, Cranford, New Jersey.
