Jamie Geller to Host Daily Giving Women’s Unity Concert

Jamie Geller, former HBO and CNN producer, celebrity chef and current chief media officer at Aish Global, will be hosting Daily Giving’s upcoming Women’s Unity Concert. The concert is completely FREE and will begin streaming online on Sunday, June 12 at 8 p.m. Eastern. It will be available then and afterward to all who register at www.dailygiving.org/concert.

Headlining the event will be three superstar Jewish singers: Devorah Schwartz, Chaya Kogan and Chanale. They will be backed by a 13-piece all-women’s orchestra, featuring some of the most talented female musicians in Israel. The concert is being produced by Daniel Harrel and Almighty Productions.

In addition, world-renowned speakers Charlene Aminoff, founder of the Nishmat Kol Chai Movement and social media influencer with the highest engagement rate of any Jew on Instagram, and Lori Palatnik, founding director of Momentum and world famous educator, public speaker and community activist, will be adding words of inspiration at the concert.

The virtual program is being sponsored by Daily Giving, a unique effort which allows its members to automatically donate as little as $1 a day, all of which is distributed to more than 50 different charities. Daily Giving has already donated more than $4.5 million to various Jewish charities, all listed at www.DailyGiving.org, and are scheduled to donate over $3.5 million more in the next 12 months.

“We are extremely excited to bring together several of the most popular female entertainers and speakers on the Jewish circuit today,” said Dr. Jonathan Donath, co-founder of Daily Giving. “This will be an opportunity for participants to see an incredible concert and gain inspiration and chizuk, at a time when we are finally emerging from a very dark period of COVID. Best of all, there is no charge for this event.” The program will be broadcast via a special link on Daily Giving’s website, and viewers will need to pre-register beforehand at www.dailygiving.org/concert.

“100% of all donations to Daily Giving are directed to our charitable partners,” said Donath. “We are fortunate that several private donors have offered to pay for this amazing concert, which will allow us to offer it free to our members and to others in the community.”

In addition, all those who register for the program will automatically be entered into a raffle for two free round-trip tickets to Israel. And Donath promises a couple of exciting surprises that will be announced during the unity concert as well.

“Last year, more than 10,000 people watched the women’s inspiration event that we organized, of which over 1,000 became Daily Givers. We are hoping to register an even greater amount this year, and generate thousands of new sign-ups for Daily Giving through this Women’s Unity Concert! We are on the cusp of attracting our 10,000th ‘Daily Giver’ to Daily Giving, and we’d like to double that number in the next two years.”

Daily Giving’s mission is to enable every Jew to easily perform the mitzvah of tzedaka every single day. They disperse those funds to deserving Jewish non-profit organizations around the world on a daily basis. You may choose a recurring donation amount ($1/day, $2/day, $5/day, etc.), and decide whether you want to be charged once a month or once a year. Daily Giving acts as your messenger, distributing your dollar every single day. Those who sign up receive a daily email, letting them know where their dollar was donated that day, and how much was given.

You can register for the concert or sign up to be a Daily Giver at www.dailygiving.org/concert.
