JEC’s Early Childhood, first, and second grade students had a delightful and educational experience with a visit from the interactive Matzah Factory. The young students discovered the steps involved in baking matzah, engaging in a hands-on activity that brought tradition to life. From creating the dough to flattening and baking, students followed along with excitement, making lasting memories while deepening their understanding of this important part of Pesach. Each student came home with their own matzah, the product of their own learning and labor. Thank you to the Matzah Factory for this wonderful event.
