After 10 years of dedicated service to the JEC, Fran Bijou has left the financial department’s role as accounts payable administrator, for greener pastures. Last Thursday, colleagues, facility staff and family joined for a heartfelt Chinese lunch to celebrate her exit as she follows her passion. She invites everyone to visit her at 150 Elmora Avenue, where she can be found preparing and offering delicious kosher dishes to the community at Jerusalem Pizza.
