Chanukah is a time of joy, celebration and even gifts, but for some members of our community, this is a stressful time. Not everyone has the luxury to spend money on gifts and the JEC did their best to alleviate some of this hardship. The JEC family collected upwards of 100 toys for the JFS Chanukah toy drive, organized by JEC parent, Elana Adams. Not only did they collect the toys but the middle school boys even helped sort them at JFS of Central New Jersey. JEC is so proud of the boys for seeing this mitzvah through and helping so many children in the community have an amazing Chanukah!
