As part of their halacha curriculum, the fourth grade boys learned hilchot tzitzit with their rebbe, Rabbi David Pietruszka. After learning through the basic halachot, the class watched a series of TorahLive videos explaining how tzitzit are actually made. The boys and their rebbe were inspired to make the halacha practical and make their own tzitzit! Each boy received a garment in his size and proceeded to attach the tzitzit strings. It was amazing to see how the boys were able to master this skill and how they helped one another to complete each garment. Many of the boys are so proud of their work that they now wear these tzitzit every day!
