The JEC junior varsity Thunder hockey team took on YDE this past week. Elisha Schmutter and Aryeh Marcus continued their offensive onslaught scoring early and often. Netanel Kramer and Yitzy Hershkowitz did a wonderful job limiting YDE’s shots on goal all night. And, once again, it was the solid, and reliable goaltending of sophomores Alec Seidman and Sammy Friedman that provided the JV Thunder with all the security they needed in net. Honorable mention goes out to the freshman offensive duo Josh Schanzer and Michael Lowinger, who provided a solid forecheck throughout the night. In the end it was a another convincing victory, 11-1.
