On February 14, teachers at the JEC Lower School participated in a day of meaningful professional development, focused on enhancing their skills and strengthening collaboration. The sessions covered key areas such as curriculum development and assessment, social-emotional learning and strategies for cross-grade collaboration.

A highlight of the day was an engaging workshop on communication, led by Mr. Josh Gottesman, Chief Human Resources Officer at the OU and a proud JEC parent. His session provided valuable insights into effective communication strategies that teachers can implement in their classrooms and beyond.  Educators left the day feeling inspired and equipped with new tools to enhance student learning.
