On April 14, the JEC Torah Bowl team became repeat Torah Bowl champions! The Torah Bowl team played another dominant undefeated season en route to winning another championship. The team demolished their opponents in the regular season before advancing to the championship and winning by 12 points. Even online Torah Bowl this year couldn’t slow down the team. The players—Ephraim Luchins, Elisha Jooyandeh, Sam Miodownik, Gabe Feiler, Yonatan Abrahams and Ari Bialik—scored 31 points in the championship game, beating Ateres Yaakov with 19 points, HAFTR with 13, HANC with eight, and DRS with three. Torah Bowl was developed and has been coordinated by Rabbi Mair Wolofsky since 1995 with close to 70 teams in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area.
