JEC’s Chanukah schedule is jam packed with fun activities throughout the week! On Tuesday students enjoyed a fun swag day where they created their very own unique “community shields.” Each class drew pictures that represented their classroom community and hung these shields proudly on their doors. The fourth and fifth graders participated in a “Lower School Leaders-Learning Extravaganza.” Each of the classes were given a topic to use to create videos to teach younger students about Chanukah related topics. Students enjoyed a fun Chanukah picture challenge, a school wide music medley video and a Chanukah escape room. The week ended with a fun Mad Science performance! Happy Chanukah!
