The JEC Lower School celebrated Yom Ha’atzmaut with a day full of programming all focused on different Israeli experiences. With a school-wide tekes, Hallel and songs led by our early childhood, the day began filled with ruach and excitement. Additional activities included pita baking, playing machanayim, army training, a STEM project of creating a water pipeline, learning about the history of Israel, a school-wide drone shot and more! It was a special day to recognize Israel’s 70th Independence Day.
