Aseret Yemei Teshuvah culminated for the JEC Middle School students with a meaningful trip to Brooklyn. The day began with a special tefillah, then tashlich on the Hudson, just off Bay Parkway, a trip to Toys4U—where the students bought toys to be donated to Ohel, a visit to Eichlers, Kaparot and as a highlight, mincha and inspirational divrei chizuk from Rav Yisroel Perlow at Novominsk Yeshiva. It was truly an experience of teshuvah, tefillah and tzedaka that will be remembered for a long time.
