Sometimes we read on the floor, and sometimes we read on a comfy chair. Sometimes we read to ourselves, and sometimes we read with a friend! In Morah Heather Liebowitz’s Primer class, there’s no wrong way to read a book. Each child is on their own reading journey and we are so proud of all of our budding readers. Some of the children are up to sounding out letters, some are up to blending and some are already reading short words; and each lesson is differentiated and meets the needs of the students. Morah Heather turns every lesson into a fun and exciting game and always teaches her students through play. The books in the children’s library are ever changing to correspond to the unit being taught. Primer students are truly enjoying their fall unit books! Shabbat Shalom!
