It’s not that often that we get to see a video in production, and it’s even more unique to appear in the video. JEC students in 4B, 5B and middle school were honored to sing in a segment of Simcha Leiner’s newest music video, which is part of a larger campaign to raise awareness and empower each and every one of us to combat bullying. Leiner spoke with the students and inspired them as to their role in this mission. Many students were starstruck and excited, having never met a Jewish celebrity or been on camera. “Simcha Leiner’s care and dedication to our children is apparent and his mentchlich way of interacting with the students cast him as a role model for us all,” shared Rabbi Uzi Beer, principal supervising some of the filming. “We wish him hatzlacha in this vital campaign of supporting all our students. We can’t wait to see the video!”
