The Jewish Federation in the Heart of New Jersey (serving Middlesex & Ocean Counties) invites community members to join psychologist Kerri Weiss, PhD, of Ocean Waves Wellness for a conversation on soothing and sane ways to deal with COVID-related stress and uncertainty. This discussion will be held on Monday, November 16, 7:30-8:30 p.m.

Dr. Kerri Weiss is a licensed psychologist specializing in helping clients navigate life transitions and heal from anxiety, depression, divorce, emotional and physical abuse and narcissistic relationships. She has been helping clients meet their goals over the last 20 years. In 2014, she founded the Ocean Waves Wellness Center in Ocean Township—a unique mind-body center with specialized counseling and fitness services, including individual, couples and group therapy, workshops, fitness programs, meditation and retreats, to provide a safe, nurturing, soothing space to guide clients in the process of healing and self-discovery.
