Jewish Young Community (JYC) – Morris County Area will host its next Shabbat dinner on Friday night, April 14 at the Morristown Jewish Center.
JYC provides a welcoming environment for young professionals and graduate students in the northern New Jersey area to create meaningful Jewish connections. It is a place where young adults can connect, make friends, engage in meaningful prayer and celebrate our traditions and culture.
Mimouna is an exuberant end of Passover feast celebrated in many parts of the Sephardic community. JYC will be hosting a Mimouna celebration complete with songs, ceremonies and explanations, along with special foods.
Dairy dinner will begin at 6 p.m. followed by services at 7:30 p.m..

Please make sure to include food allergy and contact information for each guest. And feel free to bring kosher wine to the event.
The Morristown Jewish Center is located at 177 Speedwell Ave, Morristown,, between the Fire Department and Marty’s Reliable Cycle on Speedwell Ave. Go all the way to the back. There will be a guard to greet you.
