Jewish Family Service of MetroWest NJ (JFS) is offering a free parenting series, The Parent Academy, for parents of children of varying ages, throughout the 2022-2023 school year.
The March Parent Academy, “Parenting… It’s all About Balance!” will be taking place at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at the JFS Livingston Office, 570 W. Mt. Pleasant Ave., Suite 106, Livingston, NJ.
This workshop will help in developing strategies for:
- Balancing work & family
- Managing work & home life
- Understanding the need for family time, couple time, & alone time
- Reconnecting & communicating with love & intention
The workshop will be facilitated by Daphne Berkovits, LMFT. Daphne is a licensed marriage and family therapist at JFS. She has extensive experience with couples, including training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), which can help couples form stronger emotional bonds.
