JFS MetroWest Reaches Out With Community Support

Since the Hamas terror attacks on Oct. 7, the MetroWest community has been struggling with feelings of outrage, fear, anxiety, and worry for ourselves and for the war in Israel. As JFS have been doing since 1861, Jewish Family Service of MetroWest NJ (JFS) is here to support the community in any way it can. Through support groups, community programming, and individual therapy, JFS has been and continues to be a resource for the community. Its staff has been working with Holocaust survivors, local schools and synagogues to support them while they deal with trauma reactions and situational anxiety.

JFS is continually assessing the needs of the community and wants to hear from individuals directly as to what they need help with to get through the day during these unprecedented times.

Visit www.jfsmetrowest.org/jfs-communityresources-23 and let JFS know how it can help. On that page visitors can also access resources that are valuable during times of crisis. JFS thanks the community for supporting JFS as it supports the community.
