Jewish Family Service of Central NJ, a non-sectarian health and social service agency, will be hosting an Alzheimer’s/Dementia Caregiver Support Group on Friday, April 1, at 1–3 p.m. The group is free and open to Alzheimer’s/dementia caregivers in the community and is run in accordance with the Alzheimer’s Association of NJ guidelines. Participants are welcome to join the group at any time. The group will take place at the JFS Office, 655 Westfield Avenue, Elizabeth, NJ 07208.
In addition to the support group, JFS offers a specialized Alzheimer’s and Dementia Family Care Program, which is funded by grants from the Healthcare Foundation of NJ, Merck Inc. and the Wells Fargo Foundation.
